2001 Village Appraisal
This 'Appraisal' was based on a format developed by the (now disbanded) Countryside Agency under the "Vital Villages" programme. A twenty page questionnaire was distributed to all residents and their responses analysed to form the basis of the final Appraisal document. The Parish Council recognize that this document is now somewhat out-of-date and intend to carry out a further survey of residents views on matters of local importance via a 'Parish Plan' in the spring of 2007. However, the major statistics and their analysis from the '2001 Appraisal' are still largely relevant and they are reproduced here for general interest.
