Heart of England Tourist Information

The "Heart of England Tourist Information" site, which includes original photos and descriptions of some of the best tourist attractions in Warwickshire, is worth a visit. Use the link and click on "Wootton Wawen and the Saxon Sanctuary" under "Villages" in the left-hand menu.

The British History Online

The "British History online" site is interesting. Go to and click on "Midlands" on the menu of places. Then insert "Wootton Wawen" in the search space in the top right-hand corner and hit 'Go'. There are a number of items listed for further perusal, one of particular interest is "Alien houses - Priory of Wootton Wawen"
