This years Annual Parish Meeting will take place alongside the Ordinary Parish meeting on Monday 18th May 2026 at the Village Hall, commencing at 7.30pm.

Members of the public are invited to attend these meetings to gain up to date information about things going on within the parish of Wootton Wawen. A Public forum session is held at each meeting which allows residents to bring to the councils attention items of concern, interest or news.

The ANNUAL PARISH ASSEMBLY takes place on Wednesday 20th May 2026 again commencing at 7.30pm in the village hall. This is an evening where we here from the Local groups and organisations that operate within the village.

Grant recipients have the opportunity to showcase how they have spent their grant award, and to show the parishoners how the grant has been spent. Local groups and organisations also have the opportunity to showcase themselves, and is a chance to gain new interest and new support for their particular group.

All residents are welcome to attend, refreshments will be served prior to the APA taking place on Wednesday.
